Refund Policy
Cookie Cutters:
All sales on Cookie Cutters are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Cookie Cutter purchases. Due to their use in food preparation, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, regardless of the purpose for which they were purchased. We kindly request that you carefully check the sizes before placing your order. Should you require any assistance or have inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
It is important to follow the care instructions for Cookie Cutters. Cookie Cutters that are damaged due to misuse or exposure to heat will not be eligible for refund or exchange. To ensure their longevity, wash Cookie Cutters in warm soapy water only. They are not dishwasher safe and should not be left soaking in water for extended periods.
Digital Files:
Please note that digital files are nonrefundable and not eligible for exchange due to the nature of the product.
Home Décor Products:
For wood and acrylic products, we are happy to accommodate returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return, exchange, or cancellation.
Ship the items back to us within 7 days of receiving them in the original packaging.
Please note that buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, if the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
If you wish to cancel your order, kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of making the purchase.
Please note that CUSTOM orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
