SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped from Victoria, Texas using USPS. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, dimensions, and other applicable shipping factors. This allows the shipping charge to more closely reflect the actual cost of postage for your order.
USPS Ground Advantage generally has a 2–5 business day expected delivery timeframe, although delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking is included with USPS Ground Advantage.
For packages that exceed USPS Ground Advantage size or weight requirements, we may use an alternate USPS shipping service when necessary.
Processing & Delivery
Please remember that USPS does not normally deliver on Sundays and certain holidays. Weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
The delivery timeframe provided by USPS is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and/or USPS for assistance. USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 of insurance coverage for eligible merchandise, and additional insurance may be available for qualifying shipments.
