SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped via USPS. Most cookie cutter orders are shipped via USPS 1st class. (USPS 1st class mail does not offer insurance with this option). Packages that fail to meet the size or weight requirements for USPS 1^st class may be shipped via ground or other alternate methods.  

Please keep in mind USPS does not work on Sundays or Holidays, shipping times are affected by National Holidays and Weather Events so take that into consideration when placing your order. USPS shipping times are an estimate and they do not guarantee shipping times. We are not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost packages during shipping, please contact USPS for insurance claims if applicable.  All items are shipped from Victoria, Texas.
